In accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer may request the cancellation of their purchase within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product, provided that he/she communicates his/her wish to our service center within this time limit.

In case of cancellation of purchase before the shipment of the product, the return of amounts will be complete. If the purchase is cancelled after shipping the product, the costs of shipping, return and possible reshipping of the goods(s) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Purchases made with boleto: current account credit within 14 working days;

Purchases made by credit card: Rotas Brasil will ask the company responsible for the means of payment to charge back the amounts with the credit card company.
